Health Care for Contractors: Lessons in Managing Risk and Costs
Health care benefits for contractors of all sizes is an increasingly important topic for human resource professionals charged with managing these programs. Contractors have more complicated cost and revenue models than many other industries, driving sensitivity to unpredictable changes in labor and/or benefits’ costs.
